Areas of Support
Life Transitions & Personal Growth
Support for periods of transition, loss, uncertainty, and profound change.
This work is for those navigating grief, burnout, identity shifts, spiritual emergence, or moments when old ways of living no longer feel aligned. Together, we create space to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what is asking for attention.
Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration
Preparation, consultation, and integration support for those engaging with plant medicine, traditional ceremonial medicines, or other intentional non-ordinary-state experiences.
This work helps you clarify intention, prepare thoughtfully, process meaningful experiences, and translate insight into grounded, embodied change.
In Relationship with Place
I offer sessions in a variety of settings—including by the river, in historic cemetery grounds, at a Buddhist stupa, in office, and online.
These are places with which I have developed a meaningful personal connection over time, and each carries its own unique qualities and ways of supporting the work.
Different environments support different kinds of work.
Some conversations benefit from movement, fresh air, and open sky. Others call for stillness, reflection, privacy, or sacred presence. Often, the land itself helps shape how we think, feel, and relate to what is happening in our lives.
Together, we choose the setting that best supports your needs, intentions, and the work we’re doing.
I am also open to working in spaces that already hold personal meaning for you—or in places where you feel called to deepen your own relationship over time.
River
The river offers a setting of movement, reflection, and relationship with the living world.
Water nourishes all life it touches. It moves continuously—carrying, cleansing, transforming, and sustaining. Time spent near the river can remind us that nothing in life remains fixed. Even what feels heavy, stuck, or painful can begin to move.
This setting invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom found in flow, change, and relationship.
The river can be especially supportive for emotional processing, transition, grief, and reconnecting with the deeper rhythms of life.
Cemetery
The cemetery offers a place of perspective, reflection, and deeper awareness.
In the presence of death, many of the stories, distractions, and preoccupations of daily life begin to fall away. What remains is often something simpler, more honest, and more essential.
These sessions can support work around grief, loss, transition, meaning, and the deeper questions of how we want to live.
Sometimes the greatest wisdom a cemetery offers is surprisingly simple: you are alive.
Stupa
The stupa offers a setting of stillness, presence, and sacred orientation.
It is a place that invites us to slow down, quiet the noise of ordinary life, and become more receptive to what may be emerging beneath the surface of conscious awareness.
Not everything important can be understood through logic alone. Some experiences ask to be witnessed, felt, and lived with before meaning becomes clear.
This setting can be especially supportive for spiritual reflection, integration, contemplative work, and periods of profound inner change.
Office or Online
Some work is best supported in the simplicity of a quiet office or the comfort and convenience of your own space.
These settings create space for focused conversation, reflection, and deeper exploration without the added variables of outdoor environments.
For many people, this offers a practical and supportive way to engage in meaningful work.
